Our Team

All of our consultants are highly experienced, professional language recruitment specialists and have attained industry standard qualifications in interviewing and recruitment law and practice with the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation).

We all speak at least two languages fluently and have lived and worked abroad, giving us a thorough understanding of international business and cultural nuances.  In addition, all of our consultants have gained extensive commercial experience from working in other industries.

We have an outstanding record for recruiting high calibre multilingual staff quickly and effectively.  The majority of our clients work with us time and time again, often on an exclusive basis and we are always happy to take on bilingual recruitment assignments for new clients whatever the sector.

Jonathan is an honours graduate in German and French, with a focus on international business. He further enhanced his academic background by spending a year studying at a specialist economics school in Germany.

With over 20 years of recruitment experience, Jonathan has worked with organisations ranging from SMEs to global corporations, successfully delivering recruitment projects and identifying exceptional talent across a wide range of roles. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including Sales, Marketing, Digital and eCommerce, Translation, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and Export.

Fluent in both German and French, Jonathan brings strong linguistic skills alongside his deep industry knowledge, enabling him to connect effectively with clients and candidates in international markets.

Lisa is an honours graduate from the University of Warwick in French Studies, specialising in Linguistics and Business. She also spent a year living and working in Paris, where she gained valuable international experience, including teaching.

With nearly 20 years of multilingual recruitment experience, Lisa has built a strong reputation for developing and maintaining long-term, highly successful relationships with both clients and candidates. She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across a range of sectors, including Accountancy and Finance, Sales and Account Management, Translation, Customer Service, and PA/EA roles.

Fluent in French, Lisa combines her linguistic expertise with deep industry knowledge to support clients and candidates effectively in multilingual and international environments.
