Job Description

We have an excellent new job opportunity for a Polish speaking Sales Account Manager to join a leading and well established global technology brand to develop sales with their IT reseller and channel partners in Poland.


LOCATION

Office location of Sunbury (south west of London) 1-2 days a week and remote home work also (a hybrid role) available

Fluency in Polish is essential

THE JOB
Your main responsibility as Polish speaking Sales Account Manager is to provide sales support to, and to manage relationships and maintain customer satisfaction at all times with, distribution and assembler customers in Poland. You will also develop business with existing customers through supporting Business Development Manager (BDM) efforts, conduct customer business reviews, make recommendations to management for business, process and procedure development, and to ensure Kingston is providing both correct and competitive pricing, while maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

Typical job responsibilities:

 

  • To pro-actively manage and develop business in specified territories, and backup for other countries may be required, through account management
  • Manage customer accounts by quoting and negotiating prices, processing orders, and estimating and managing deliveries based on knowledge of stock, production and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with customers on a frequent and professional basis to secure orders and to provide product information and general customer service.
  • To anticipate and develop plans, which reflect the future needs of the customer
  • Support the relevant Business Development Managers in the field at all times

 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in both Polish and English is essential 
  • Previous experience in sales account management 
  • Experience of working in technology industry would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

 

SALARY
£28,000 - £29,000 + bonus (15-20%, up to £4,600 pa) + excellent benefits including:

24 days holiday increasing after service PLUS up to 8 Bank Holidays a year
