International Tax Manager

Hybrid role - 2/3 days a week in a fantastic Central London office with the remainder remote working

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Our client is a leading and highly successful outsourced tax and accountancy firm working with an impressive range and wide variety of international clients.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to continued expansion and growth, they have a new and exciting opportunity for an International Tax Manager to join this small and expanding team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full management of a client portfolio including owner-managed, listed, domestic and international clients
  • Drafting of tax technical memos and reports concerning a wide range of corporate international tax issues
  • Mentoring more junior team members and working collaboratively with other teams
  • Supporting the team in identifying and pitching to new target companies

 

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in any 2nd language, especially German, is an advantage
  • Previous experience in UK corporation tax compliance and international tax matters
  • AAT/CTA qualified ideally
  • Mergers and acquisitions work including tax efficient structuring and tax due diligence
  • Corporate reorganisations
  • Knowledge of international tax principles e.g transfer pricing, double tax treaties and BEPS action items
  • Coordination and management of international projects across multiple jurisdictions
