IT Technical Support Engineer. Our client is a world leading designer and manufacturer of ATM cash machines & payment solutions . They have a powerful position in global banking technology and continues to offer leading solutions of technology and hardware for the financial services and banking sector. 

In order to support ATM users (banks) with operations and maintenance services in Turkey with IT support, they wish to recruit a Turkish speaking IT Technical Support Engineer. The exciting job will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the service partner or end user to solve technical problems, will travel to other cities to do the on-site support if needs.
  • Provide the field service for the local customer or coordinate with the service partner to process the service request from the customer.
  • Responsible for the local service partner daily communication and service performance management, prepare the related service report for the customer and HQ.
  • Manage Pilot test or technical upgrade projects
  • Prepare and help out in technical documentation such as the spare parts list, working instruction and technical bulletin writing
  • Assist in Spare Parts Warehouse management include the purchase plan preparation, warehouse audit etc
  • Manage and administer customer complaints and/or new requirement processes
  • Provide customer education or technician training when necessary
  • Process any other things arranged by the supervisor or the manager.




  • Excellent communication skills both in Turkish and English
  • University / College degree or above, and major in Automation, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
  • Proven experience technical support and customer service in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic software development, module testing, integral testing theory, method, procedure and norm.
  • Self-motivated, passionate. Fast learner
  • Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
