SWEDISH SPEAKING EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE. Excellent opportunity to join a world leading export and design company, managing all of their client export activity for Scandinavia.

 

LANGUAGES: Fluency in Swedish and English is essential

Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly international export team as a Swedish speaking Export Customer Service Executive. Your role will be to offer full B2B support to customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Offer full support (telephone and email) to Swedish speaking business clients 
  • Placing customer orders for products
  • Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Liaising with courier and freight companies
  • Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories they are responsible for
  • Providing support to the Export Sales Teams

 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent Swedish and English is essential
  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure

 

SALARY
up to £26,000 pa + benefits

WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ALTERNATE 8.00 - 16.00 OR 9.00 - 17.00
