SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (WITH ITALIAN, FRENCH OR SPANISH)

LANGUAGES: Fluent Spanish is essential as well as a good level of English plus ideally a good level of German, Italian or French

LOCATION: South West London (zone 3) - THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE OFFICE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 

SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000

Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly and supportive international team as a Spanish speaking Export Customer Service Executive. 

You will be responsible for offering full B2B support to clients, agents and distributors and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

    itially be a one year contract but with excellent prospects for a permanent position.

    • Placing customer orders for products
    • Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
    • Dealing with customer complaints
    • Liaising with courier and freight companies
    • Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories you are responsible for
    • Providing support to the Export Sales Teams

    CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

    • Fluency in Spanish (with German, Italian or French) and a good knowledge of English 
    • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience is essential
    • A clear and confident communicator
    • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure

    SALARY

    £28,000 - £30,000 pa depending on experience plus benefits 

    WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ALTERNATING BETWEEN 8.00 - 16.00 OR 9.00 - 17.00
