Spanish speaking Export Customer Service Executive 

Our client is a leading multinational company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.

LOCATION

THIS ROLE WILL BE A MIX OF REMOTE AND OFFICE BASED WORK

INITIALLY 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE (WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY) WITH 2 DAYS REMOTE

HOURS 9.00 - 17.00

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

My prestigious client is looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Export Customer Service Coordinator to join a fantastic international team. 

This is a permanent role offering excellent opportunities for career development and progression within the company. Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients (B2B) by telephone or email
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
  • Providing a first class and quality service at all times
  • Communicating with sales representatives within the Spanish speaking territories

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent Spanish is essential 
  • Previous experience in a customer services or administration role is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
  • Ambitious and keen to progress

SALARY
£23,500 - £27,000 pa depending on experience plus benefits
