Our client is a leading award winning and global export company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.

LOCATION

HYBRID ROLE (3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE (ZONE 2) - 2 DAYS A WEEK REMOTE

SALARY - £25,000 - £27,000 pa depending on skills 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our prestigious client is looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic international team.

This is a permanent role which will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with clients (B2B) by email and phone
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
  • Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
  • Providing a first class and quality service at all times
  • Attending events and exhibitions when required
  • Communicating with sales reps within the Italian speaking territories

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent Spanish and English is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential - B2B experience is preferred
  • Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
