The Opportunity
We are hiring for a Spanish speaking Business Development Executive to join a global manufacturing and export company based in Birmingham. In this exciting role, you will work with clients and distributors from LATAM countries, driving new business and building long-term commercial partnerships.


Job Responsibilities of the Spanish speaking Business Development Executive

  • Develop new business opportunities across LATAM
  • Identify new sales prospects: markets, clients, projects and accreditations
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry and lead generation through to order negotiation and shipment
  • Maintain relationships through regular calls, emails, MS Teams meetings and quarterly international visits or exhibitions
  • Manage and develop underperforming accounts within LATAM
  • Create daily call plans and consistently meet sales KPIs
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales Executive or Account Management
  • Proven B2B sales experience relating to LATAM 
  • Ideally educated to Degree / HND level or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, tenacious and results-driven

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: £33,000 – £38,000 + commission
