HYBRID ROLE (TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY IN THE LONDON OFFICE (ZONE 2) - MONDAY AND FRIDAY REMOTE WORKING
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our prestigious client is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Team Leader (ideally with Spanish or French) to lead and support a European team of 7 Customer Service Executives.
This is a permanent role which will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the day to day operations of the Customer Service team
- Develop and build relationships withkey accounts and Sales Representatives
- Update and review daily and weekly reports
- Handle complex and escalated Customer Service issues including complaints
- Identify and report any service issues to Senior Management
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
- Support Sales teams and Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets
- Evaluate and performance manage staff as well as identify training and coaching needs
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluent Italian and English is essential. Also fluent in either French or Spanish is a preference
- Previous experience in a similar team leader or supervisor role is essential
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity in problem solving and decision making
SALARY - £32,000 - £35,000 pa depending on experience and languages
