The Job
We are currently recruiting for Italian speaking Customer Service Representatives to support international clients across the airline, leisure, travel, technology, and consumer sectors.


About the Role
As an Italian speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to Italian speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and digital communication channels. You will work in a dynamic international, multilingual environment, helping customers resolve queries while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across voice, email, and chat channels
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain high service standards and SLA targets
• Handle customer complaints and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
• Work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment
• Meet individual and team performance targets

 

Candidate Profile

• Fluent Italian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary: FJD 25,000 - 29,000 per annum ( approx. 10,800 - 11,300 EURO)
• Monthly living allowance FJD 250
