Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor

LOCATION
HYBRID ROLE (3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE (ZONE 2) - 2 DAYS A WEEK REMOTE
SALARY - £25,000 - £27,000 pa depending on skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our prestigious client is looking to recruit an Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic international team.
This is a permanent role which will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Processing of orders
- Liaising with clients (B2B) by email and phone
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
- Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
- Providing a first class and quality service at all times
- Attending events and exhibitions when required
- Communicating with sales reps within the Italian speaking territories
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluent Italian and English is essential
- Previous experience in customer service is essential - B2B experience is preferred
- Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
