Job Description

We are hiring for International Recruitment Consultants to join a global recruitment consultancy based in Prague. You will have  the opportunity to work in your languages on all sales markets across Europe. Excellent training and career progression is available.

 

LANGUAGES
Fluency in ANY European language is essential (ideally French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian)

LOCATION
Prague, Czech Republic. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as part of their international recruitment team of many different language speakers, your role  as Recruitment Consultant will be to identify companies that have are hiring and recruit for them be best possible talent.

Your role will typically cover the following job responsibilities: 
 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with your clients, as well as your candidates
  • Speaking to international businesses every day determining their recruitment needs
  • Search for the right candidates to suit your clients needs (using tools such as LinkedIn and job advertisement boards)
  • You will take home a large percentage of the profits that you bring into the business.

 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent English AND also Fluency in ANY European language is essential (ideally French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian) 
  • Be very sales and target motivated, resilient and driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Commercial mind-set

SALARY, WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS
30,000 Kč (Czech koruna) per month (360,000 Kč  per year) + sales commission. Target salary approx. 500,000  Kč.
