Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SaaS / AI Tech - French, German, Dutch Speaking


Location:
London. Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the London office).
 

Language Requirements:
Fluency in either French, German OR Dutch, as well as English

The Role:
As the French, German or Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with their team of Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities that that will contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Run your own qualification calls with potential clients, helping to guide them through the first part of the evaluation process
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline
  • Identify key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Manage your own qualification calls with potential clients, helping to guide them through the first part of the evaluation process
  • Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements
  • Consistently meet established quota targets that will contribute to the company’s revenue growth
  • Work with the Marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns
  • Represent company at strategic marketing events and trade shows
  • Develop critical sales skills, such as leading effective discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, articulating and selling value, prioritization and time management, and more
 
Candidate Profile:
 
  • Fluency in either French, German OR Dutch, as well as English
  • Recent university degree
  • Previous sales experience is not essential - full training will be given
  • Have a competitive, target driven personality and attitude - this is key 
  • Team-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to identify potential customer opportunities
  • Passion and curiosity around technology with an excitement to comprehend and articulate value points to customers
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, “do what it takes” startup culture
 
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary c£45,000 + commission - OTE £62,000
