We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German speaking Sales Manager. You will be joining an international and ambitious company to lead their sales team and sales operations into Germany. 

Location of the job
Office locations is in North London (NW7), hybrid work possible . 

Language requirements for the job
Fluency in German and English is essential

Job responsibilities of the German speaking Sales Manager 
As German speaking Sales Manager, you will lead the company sales operations into Germany. You will manage a sales team of German speaking business developers and work with them to maximise sales into Germany. You will set them KPI's and a sales strategy. 

You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team (currently 3-4 people) with KPI's and daily sales tasks 
  • Demonstrate sales leadership to the team
  • Work with the team on managing and closing sales opportunities 

The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Previous experience in sales / business development/ telesales/ lead generation 
  • Experiences with team leading or team management is essential
  • Experience of working with KPI's
  • Strong communications skills with ability to gather details about prospects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 


Salary, benefits and working hours

Base salary negotiable and competitive - £40,000 - £60,000 but all salary requests will be considered.
