The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their London office.
This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant role, giving you ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll recruit for specialist positions across Germany and Switzerland, working closely with clients and candidates while developing your own market within the thriving Technology and Life Sciences sectors.
Whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking to further specialise in the DACH market, you'll receive excellent training, ongoing support and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to successful placements
- Build and develop long-term client relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH)
- Source, headhunt and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM databases and networking
- Conduct candidate screening, competency interviews and qualification calls
- Manage the complete interview process from scheduling through to offer management
- Negotiate offers, salaries and placement terms
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing client accounts
- Advertise vacancies and create engaging recruitment campaigns
- Build your professional brand through LinkedIn and social media
- Attend client meetings, networking events and recruitment visits across Europe
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and recruitment targets
Candidate Profile

Essential Skills
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Previous recruitment experience (any industry or sector)
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle or 360 recruitment process
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Ability to build trust with both clients and candidates
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Switzerland
