Remote based working currently because of COVID-19 with flexible working in the future (a balance of remote/office based work)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with a varied portfolio of fantastic clients across different sectors, your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing, reviewing and occasionally preparing payroll for your individual German speaking client base
- Ensuring that net salary calculations, RTI filings, auto enrolment deadlines and related payments are completed on time
- Providing the highest level of client service and delivery
- Liaising on a regular basis with your portfolio of German speaking clients
In addition this role will provide you with mentorship by the senior management team to allow your journey to develop as you gain client and staff management skills.
You will also benefit from personal coaching to help you develop in your career aspirations, possibly even to Partner/Director level!
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- Fluency in German is essential
- Previous experience as in Payroll is essential
- Attention to detail
- Ability to organise a workload without relying on others for regular guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills
