We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German speaking International Sales Executive to join an international manufacturing and export company based in Blackburn, Lancashire (NW England).


Location of the job
Blackburn, Lancashire (NW England). Hybrid working (x1 day a week from home + flexible working). 


Language requirements for the job
Fluency in German is essential

Job responsibilities of the German speaking Sales Executive
As a German speaking Sales Executive, you will be part of their international export sales team, building successful business relationships with business partners and clients in the German speaking countries of Europe (DACH). 

You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility of your own portfolio of German speaking customers
  • Building relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business development in the DACH countries
  • Using expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Ensuring all sales documentation is completed 

The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German is essential
  • Previous experience in sales 
  • Knowledge of international trade and export documentation
  • An ability to deliver sales and identify sales opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional and personable style to develop strong customer relationships
  • SAP Experience (not essential as training will be provided) 

Salary, benefits and working hours
£32,000 - £35,000. Full time, permanent.
