We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German speaking Business Development Representative to join a global media group. Your overall role will be to develop new business interest from the German speaking markets of Europe (DACH) . 


Location of the job

Office locations is in North London (NW7), hybrid work possible .

Fluency in German and English is essential

Job responsibilities of the German speaking Business Development Representative
As German speaking Business Development Representative, you will focus on the new business development in the DACH countries with German speaking clients. You will contact them by email / telephone / CRM's & social media (LinkedIn etc) and aim to confirm a sales appointment / meeting for the Sales Manager. 

You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with potential clients 
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Speaking with business owners of small and medium-sized businesses
  • Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients
  • Develop your sales skills
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales activity and pipeline

 

The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German and English is essential. Fluency also in Turkish is an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience in sales / business development/ telesales/ lead generation etc including new business cold calling / emailing
  • Motivation to succeed and grow your career 
  • Strong communications skills with ability to gather details about prospects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

 

Salary, benefits and working hours
Base salary of £26,000 - £35,000 + commission ( OTE £40-£50,000). Monday - Friday, office hours, office based.
