COMPANY BACKGROUND
Our client is a highly highly successful and expanding global accountancy firm working with an impressive list of clients worldwide.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
They are looking to recruit a German speaking Administrator to support the Partners and work closely with clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assistance with administrative reporting and projects
- Setting up of new clients (some German speaking) and collating relevant documents
- Preparation of internal reports
- Co-ordination of internal and external meetings
- Data entry onto CRM systems
- Diary management for Partners
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- Fluency in German
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Some previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous
- Pro-active attitude
