Job Description

We are hiring for a German speaking  Senior Account Manager to join a global customer experience / contact centre outsourcing consultancy who work with global business partners across the world, helping them to improve their customer experiences with a range of technology and digital solutions.  


Fluency in German is essential, as well as business English


100% remote - must be based in any of their following EMEA countries: United Kingdom (preference), the Netherlands, Poland, Greece or Romania.


Our client is one of the world's largest customer experience outsourcing consultancies, working with a wide range of companies from all business second across the global, improving their customer experience by using their wide range of successful technology and digital solutions. 


In order to work with their existing, major client accounts in the DACH countries and grow business activities with them, they wish to recruit a German speaking Senior Account Manager. Working as part of their account management/customer success team, you will work with cross-functional operational support teams while leading the daily delivery of world-class service to their enterprise clients.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Platform operations management by providing trending analysis of change service requests and daily, weekly, monthly review of platform statistics related to stability and capacity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing successful client support and service delivery experience working to meet SLA’s and client expectations, develop action plan for addressing negative client feedback and reoccurrence of client issues
  • Client commercial management by assisting with annual renewal quoting, revenue forecasting, SOW creation, change requests, and RFP responses, and working with finance and project support teams
  • Timely and effective management of internal and external communications by organizing client operational status reviews, and working with relevant vendors and engagement stakeholders
  • Client advocacy as the point of escalation for all Managed Services support related issues
  • Effective management of client on-boarding



  • Fluent German  is essential
  • Several successful years in a technical operations management experience, preferably working with tech, cloud or SaaS solutions and services
  • Experience of working within the contact centre / CXaaS sector
  • Successful track record of external client management experience
  • Strong consultative approach and client relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or direct technical support teams
  • Experience delivering premise or cloud contact center technologies including Unified Communications, data network management and operations, and CTI, ACD, and IVR


€85,000 - €150,000 and more superb benefits.
