Our client is successful eCommerce company trading internationally with a specialist range of products.
In order to manage all client sales order activities and social media operations for both their German and Spanish speaking sales markets, they wish to recruit a German and Spanish speaking Customer Services & Social Media Coordinator. Supporting customers by email, phone or through social media, as well as assisting with website content, your role will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring that German and Spanish speaking customers queries are answered efficiently and effectively
- Processing orders and arranging for deliveries
- Arranging to payment transactions and issuing invoices as necessary
- Ensuring that the best customer care experience is given to customers at all times
- Assisting with social media platforms, website content, blogs etc as and when necessary
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluency in German and Spanish is essential
- Previous office based experience in customer service or administration is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with social media channels is an advantage but not essential
£22,000 - £28,000 pa depending on experience
