  •  Salary: Competitive base: £30,000 - £40,000  + uncapped commission (£80,000+)  + benefits
  • Language Requirement: Fluent German OR French 

 

Are you fluent in German or French and passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that power the future? We’re looking for a French or German speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the fast-paced Energy sector across Europe.

The global energy transition is creating one of the most exciting and in-demand recruitment markets. From renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure to oil & gas and emerging clean technologies, you’ll play a key role in helping leading organisations find the experts they need to drive innovation.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients in the energy sector across France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for technical and commercial roles
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement
  • Staying ahead of market trends to become a trusted advisor in the energy recruitment space
  • Using your German or French language skills to engage with clients and candidates

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in German OR French
  • Proven recruitment experience (energy, engineering, or technical sectors preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven mindset
  • A genuine interest in the energy industry and the global energy transition.
