Our client is successful eCommerce company trading internationally with a specialist range of products.
In order to manage all client sales order activities and social media operations for either their German, Dutch or French Spanish speaking sales markets, they wish to recruit either a German, French or Dutch speaking Customer Services & Social Media Coordinator. Supporting customers by email, phone or through social media, as well as assisting with website content, your role will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring that German, French or Dutch Spanish speaking customers queries are answered efficiently and effectively
- Processing orders and arranging for deliveries
- Arranging to payment transactions and issuing invoices as necessary
- Ensuring that the best customer care experience is given to customers at all times
- Assisting with social media platforms, website content, blogs etc as and when necessary
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluency in either German, French or Dutch is essential
- Previous office based experience in customer service or administration is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with social media channels is an advantage but not essential
£22,000 - £28,000 pa depending on experience
