Job Description

French speaking Translation Sales Administrator. London, up to £28,000. Excellent opportunity to join a global leader in the translation sector and work as part of their international sales team. 


Central London

Fluency in English and French 


£25,000 - £28,000 + bonus 

Our client is an international translation services company, working with many of Europe’s leading investment banks, technology company, financial institutional and legal companies. 


To join their London based international sales office, they wish to recruit a French speaking Team Sales Administrator. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing the sales proposals
  • Liaising with the translation production team about the sales’ projects
  • Liaising with the client on some occasions (quote, deliveries, project management)
  • Handling the sales project cycle
  • Updating the CRM
  • Office management (administrative tasks, mailing, stationery, expenses, courrier, organising our stand for events)



  • Fluency in English and French 
  • Previous business experience in a similar position 
  • A strong team player with a start-up mind-set 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible, multitask with strong attention to details 

£25,000 - £28,000 + bonus
