Job Description

French speaking Team Sales Administrator, London, up to £28,000. Excellent opportunity to join a global leader in the translation sector and work as part of their international sales team. 


Central London

Fluency in English and French 


£25,000 - £28,000 + bonus 

Our client is an international translation services company, working with many of Europe’s leading investment banks, technology company, financial institutional and legal companies. 


To join their London based international sales office, they wish to recruit a French speaking Team Sales Administrator. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the managing director on sales activities and projects
  • Coordinating the details to sales tenders and questionnaires
  • Liaising with the company lawyer for the approval of clients’ sensitive agreements
  • Office management (administrative tasks, mailing, stationery, expenses, courier, organising our stand for events)
  • Preparing the sales proposals with the sales team 
  • Liaising with the translation production team and the client on some occasions about the sales’ projects
  • Updating the CRM


  • Fluency in English is essential and also ideally fluency in French 
  • Experience in a similar position 
  • A strong team player with a start-up mind-set 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible, multitask with strong attention to details 

£25,000 - £28,000 + bonus
