We are hiring for a French speaking Project Administrator to join a successful, international IT support and consultancy company to  support the senior project manager of client interaction and related tasks.

Job responsibilities of the French speaking Project Administrator 
In order to support their senior client Project Manager, they wish to recruit a French speaking Project Administrator . 

Your role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls / email form clients with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Organising call with clients in France for the project manager 
  • Following up with clients after interaction with the Project Manager 
  • Working with the Project Manager on new client activity
  • Translate documents into French/English
  • Offering ad-hoc office administration support


The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Good administration and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong IT background
  • A good understanding of technical terminology
  • Previous project management or customer services or sales support experience
  • A keen eye for detail


Salary, benefits and working hours

c£30,000 and company benefits.
