Job Description

We're hiring for a French speaking Human Resources Advisor (12 month contract) to join a global luxury retail brand company. In this fantastic opportunity you will and give full human resources support all of their employees in France.


LOCATION

Paris, France. This 12 month contract role is hybrid and you will be required to work in the office 3-4 days a week in Paris.

Fluent French is essential.

With business operations in most countries in Europe, our client is a leading global name and brand in luxury retail and leisure services. This job will be based from their head office of France in Paris.


THE JOB
In order to give full Human Resources (HR) support to all of their employees in their office and business operations in Paris, they wish to recruit a French speaking Human Resources Advisor.

The job will cover the following requirements:

  • Manage critical HR administrative tasks for the Country (including on-boarding process, equipment set-up, people systems maintenance, liaising with new joiners and line managers, payroll and benefits set up etc)
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of People administrative and transactional services
  • Manage the monthly payroll input, benefits & pensions administration, involving third-party suppliers and government bodies
  • Provide ad-hoc Learning & Development administration
  • End-to-end systems and data maintenance administration

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English is essential
  • Experience in HR or payroll from working in France or a French company is essential
  • Knowledge of People / HR systems is an advantage (Service Now, SuccessFactors, ADP) relating to France 
  • Knowledge of European employment law is an advantage
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
