French speaking Export Customer Service Coordinator

ONE YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT INITIALLY WITH THE POSSIBILITY TO BECOME PERMANENT

LOCATION

THIS ROLE WILL BE HOME BASED INITIALLY, POSSIBLY RETURNING TO WORK IN THE LONDON OFFICES AT A LATER DATE IN 2021

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
My client is looking to recruit a French speaking Export Customer Service Coordinator to join a fantastic international team as soon as possible.

This is a permanent role which will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with clients (B2B) by telephone or email
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
  • Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
  • Providing a first class and quality service at all times
  • Communicating with sales reps within the French speaking territories

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent French and English is essential
  • Previous experience in customer services or administration is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines

SALARY
£23,500 pa
