The Job
We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Team Leader to lead and manage a multilingual customer services team that supports international clients across the airline, leisure, travel, technology, and consumer sectors.


About the Role
As a French speaking Customer Service Team Leader you will provide clear direction, work planning, feedback and performance management for the customer service team. You will be pivotal in providing guidance and leadership to customer service consultants who are responsible service providers to a variety of customers as well as office administration. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding direction, work planning, feedback and performance management 
• Service level agreements developed to meet the needs of the organisation
• Cooperation within the team and greater function / department
• Cooperation across functions / departments
• Work collaboratively to achieve the set targets and goals

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English and French 
• Good problem solving and investigation skills
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent customer service ability, Be customer focused and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
