French speaking Customer Service Executive - golf sector

Our client is a world leading and one of the most successful and popular global brands in the golf sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a French speaking Customer Service Executive, you will be joining a friendly international team and be responsible for promoting a range of products to existing French speaking customers (no cold calling!) whilst providing the highest level of customer service.
Working from COVID secure offices in South West London, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the accounts of existing customers and developing relationships
- Working within a team to offer the best level of service to French speaking customers
- Proactively up-sell and cross-sell during customer calls
- Building a rapport with customers to understand their business needs
- Accurately input orders and update reports
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in French is essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or sales role
- A golf player is strongly preferred but would also consider someone with an interest in sport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
SALARY
Basic salary of up to £25,000 + commission
