Our client is successful international company based in Liverpool.
To work as part of their international customer support team, they wish to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Specialist.
Supporting customers by email, phone or through social media, as well as assisting with website content, your role will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Dutch speaking customers queries are answered efficiently and effectively
- Processing orders and arranging for deliveries
- Arranging to payment transactions and issuing invoices as necessary
- Ensuring that the best customer care experience is given to customers at all times
- Assisting with website content, blogs etc as and when necessary
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluency in Dutch is essential
- Fluency in French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage
- Previous office based experience in customer service or administration is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with social media channels is an advantage but not essential
- £22,000 - £28,000 pa depending on experience
