Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager. Fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the international marketing department of a global, world class organisation. 

Our client is one of the world's most recognised and successful organisations in its field, working with major companies across most industry sectors across the world.

Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire / NW London area (20 minutes by direct train from central London)

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, the role as Digital Marketing Manager will focus on increasing qualified traffic the group website and to develop campaign initiatives that reach and engage target audiences. The typical job responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Managing and developing the websites
  • Creating and implementing and SEO, paid search, analytics and web development strategy
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and implement successful digital marketing programmes from inception. 
  • Website Development - experience with website CMS Platforms e.g. Wordpress
  • Paid search including display ads and PPC 
  • Own, drive and deliver digital marketing campaigns. A strong appreciation of marketing automation tools (i.e. Hubspot) will be advantageous.
  • Set up tracking requirements, to ensure all pages and journeys are correctly tagged to allow full reporting. Experience of Google Data Studio will be an advantage. 
  • Social media management – comfortable with planning and implementing organic and paid social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Google Analytics and the ability to monitor, report and analyse results to continue to improve performance
    Manage, deliver and report on digital marketing communications, developing best practise and scheduling to benefit the maximum amount of revenue in to the business 
  • Managing CRM campaigns with solid understanding of CRM


  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Experienced at producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs
  • Possess excellent planning, organisation and communication skills, and keep track of multiple projects streams
  •  Have an excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight
  • A solid technical understanding of Wordpress, Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms
  • A keen eye for detail, you will assess, monitor and report on campaign performance and implement a programme of continuous improvement
  • Experience of organic SEO: Capable of executing the implementation of SEO strategies
  • Strong analytical competencies with an appreciation of Video platforms, PPC, Programmatic media, and Social Media
  • An understanding of PPC advertising and experience with Google Ads
  • Demonstrable success from previous acquisition and retention marketing campaigns
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, effectively, persuasively to an individual or to a group
  • Demonstrable success from previous acquisition and retention marketing campaigns
  • Experience of managing CRM campaigns with solid understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Experience with social media monitoring tools, a good understanding of technical SEO and experience 
  • Data driven with creative flair; design skills a bonus
  • Experienced using audience development tools and analytics
  • Collaborative, inquisitive & curious attitude
