Our client is a leading award winning global company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.

LOCATION

THIS ROLE WILL BE A MIX OF REMOTE AND OFFICE BASED WORK

INITIALLY 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE WITH 2 DAYS REMOTE 

HOURS 9.00 - 17.00

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

My prestigious client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join a very friendly and supportive team. 

This is a permanent role and your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a busy B2B customer service desk (up to 50 calls a day)
  • Responding to up to 70-100 emails a day
  • Liaising with customers regarding enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
  • Providing a first class and quality service at all times
  • Communicating with sales representatives 

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent English is essential
  • Previous experience in a customer services or administration role is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
  • Ambitious and keen to progress

SALARY
Starting salary of £23,000 pa plus benefits
