Based in Wokingham, Berkshire, our client is an international marketing company.

To support their clients in Russia and France, they wish to recruit a Russian speaking Customer Support Administrator.

Reporting to the team supervisor, your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing campaign document with Russian speaking clients via email and telephone and fax
  • Providing high level customer service to clients and other team members
  • Ensuring that the company files are kept in order
  • Liaise with external organisations such as marketing agencies when needed

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:

  • Fluency in Russian and English is essential. Fluency also in either French, German, Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage but not essential. 
  • Have good experience in administration or customer services
  • Have good commuictation skills in order to liaise with clients
  • Be well organised, methodical and able to work well under pressure and as part of a team

The salary on offer is from £17,250 - £18,000.
