Our client, based in Surrey, South West of London (30 mins from London Waterloo), is a highly successful and specialist international company working in the pharmaceutical sector.

To support their export business clients from the medical sector in the Netherlands, as well as English speaking regions of central and eastern Europe, they wish to recruit an Export Customer Services Coordinator. 

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Responsibility for delivery of sales and growth targets within agreed territories (The Netherlands + Central Eastern Europe), identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Accurate, professional, ethical and excellent management of all client telephone, email and fax orders and queries
• Prioritisation and balancing of customer service
• Excellent co-ordination to deliver a professional and efficient service to customers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality guidelines
• Develop great customer relationships
• Innovative contributions to team incentives and customer excellence ideas to assist in achievement of targets and KPIs

To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and background:

• Fluency in English. Fluency in other european languages (ideally Dutch) is an advantage but not essential
• Experience of success in a sales/account management or customer services environment
• Proven delivery of exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills both cross-functionally and with customers
• Sense of urgency, pressure and professionalism
• Professional and a very customer focused approach both in resolution of queries and on the telephone
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills

On offer is a salary of £22,000 + 25% bonus + benefits (inc. pension, gym. etc).
