Based in London, our client is an award winning international export company.

They currently have an urgent requirement for a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Export Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their customer services team on a 5 MONTH CONTRACT (may be extended or made permanent).  The start date is 1 Sep 2010 - 31 Jan 2011. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and responding to client telephone, email requests and faxes
  • Process sales orders and organise delivery schedules
  • Developing close relationships with business clients and sales agents 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls from clients
  • Processing client orders and generally manage queries
  • Liaising with the shipping department to coordinate deliveries

To be considered, you should have the following background:

  • Fluency in either Swedish OR Norwegian
  • Have previous telephone customer services, administration or sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a busy, international team
  • Be able to work quickly under pressure and make instant decisions

The position is initially on offer as a 5 month maternity contract and will start on 1st September 2010 until 31 January 2011.  Salary is £18,000 pa (pro-rata) and there is a possibility the contract will be extended or become permanent.
