Our client, based in central London, is a highly successful and world leading luxury brand.
To work with and supervise their multilingual customer services team (11 people), they wish to recruit an Italian speaking Customer Services Team Supervisor / Leader.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service and achievement of sales and service
- Immediate management of customer queries and orders
- Effective management of customer complaints
- Provide coaching / training / supervision, where necessary, to new/less experienced employees
- Management of escalated queries (customer and internal) in order to ensure a quick and definitive outcome
- Providing coaching in support of peer development and improved service
To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and background:
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential. Fluency in other languages, such as German, Spanish or French is an advantage but not essential
- Experience of success in a customer services call centre environment is essential
- Proven experience of team leading / supervising / management / coaching. You must be able to maximise the potential of people
- Have a strong passion for results
- Excellent communication skills both cross-functionally and with customers
- Sense of urgency, pressure and professionalism
- Professional and a very customer focused approach both in resolution of queries and on the telephone
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
On offer is an opportunity to work for a progressive, professional and world leading brand. The salary is £25,000 - £28,000 and you can earn up to an additional £5,000 per year in bonus' depending on performance. The working hours are: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm OR 9am -6pm OR 10am -7pm. Also, you have to work 2 x Saturdays per month and occasionally Sunday).
