Based in north London, our client is an international publishing company.

To manage client orders and sales documents relating to Sweden and other parts of Scandinavia, they wish to recruit a Swedish speaking Client Services Administrator.

Your role will consist of the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Liase with clients in Sweden and other parts of Scandinavia, confirm orders and updating their records
  • Manage any problems or issues with the clients
  • Aim to provide client with all information necessary and try to increase the sale where possible
  • Support the field based sales account manager
  • Travel and visit client when necessary
  • Participate in the company wide management and development programmes

To be considered for the role, you must have the following skills and background:

  • Fluency in Swedish  + fluency in either Norwegian, Finnish or Danish is essential
  • Have excellent persuasive skills with good interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Have an ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment (secretarial, for example) and strong administrative experience
  • Ability to work and participate in a focused team environment
  • Good organisational skills able to respond to changing priorities
  • Full & clean driving licence, willing to travel
  • Full working knowledge of Word and Excel, Proficient in PowerPoint and Access

This position is a permanent contract. Salary is £18,500 + benefits - (flexible working-after 3 months, Childcare vouchers, Healthshield (company sponsored healthcare scheme) and Pension scheme after 6 months probation)
