Based in the town of Bicester, Oxfordshire, our client is a leading international organisation, with operations throughout Europe.

To join the company, on a fixed term contract basis, they wish to recruit an International Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate internal group recruitment projects throughout their European offices.

Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Working on key vacancies and collaborating with senior colleagues to maintain knowledge and identify research/recruitment priorities
  • Making initial calls to prospective candidates
  • Pre-screen over the telephone candidates that have applied for vacancies in the group operations in the UK and Europe
  • Profiling candidates through proactive direct telephone contact and networking
  • Manage the whole recruitment process, liasing with Clients, Sales Managers and candidates
  • Work in a pro-active manner in order to source potential employees
  • Working on internal vacancies across the EMEA region
  • Design and produce mapping and market
  • Profiling candidates through proactive direct telephone contact and networking

To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and background:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in a 2nd European language is a strong advantage
  • Previous international recruitment experience, either internal or agency, across the UK and European markets - essential
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
