Based in the town of Wokingham, Berkshire, our client is an international marketing company.

To support their clients in Europe, they wish to recruit a German speaking Administrator, fluent also in either Spanish OR Italian

Reporting to the team supervisor, your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing marketing campaign document with clients via email and telephone and fax
  • Providing high level customer service to clients and other team members
  • Ensuring that the company files are kept in order
  • Liaise with external organisations such as marketing agencies when needed

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:

  • Fluency in German and also fluent in either Spanish OR Italian
  • Ideally have some office experience in administration or customer services but this is not necessary as full training will be given
  • Have good communication skills in order to liaise with clients
  • Be well organised, methodical and able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
