JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To join their international Client Services team, they are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Executive, fluent in either French, Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish. Your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify clients’ mobility needs
• Provide a technical resource for clients, facilitating understanding of data
• Share common market practice regarding International Compensation and Benefits and Global Mobility
• Advise technical teams on the changing needs of clients
• Participate in product development
• Project manage software development
• Present at seminars, training courses and external conferences as required

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Fluency in either French, Dutch, German or Spanish, as well as English, both written and spoken
• Educated to university degree level
• Have successful experience of client services, customer service, relationship building or account management
• Have excellent numerical skills - mathematical calculations are in important part of the job
• Be motivated to establish strong working relationship with clients
• Organised, with good oral and written communications skills at all level
