COMPANY AND BACKGROUND
Our client is an international and very successful translation company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To join their international translation department, they wish to recruit an Technology Coordinator. Your role will focus on the engineering elements of language productions and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Support and advice to Project Coordinators on all aspects of language engineering
  • Support and advice to translators and production staff
  • Provision of analysis reports for received orders
  • Preparation and provision of weighted invoicing data
  • File preparation and project creation
  • Generation and import of project packages
  • Assessment of language technology suitability for prospective clients
  • Technical troubleshooting

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent in English is essential. Fluency in any 2nd language is an advantage but not essential
  • Positive approach to new technologies
  • Highly motivated, with problem solving and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic with the ability to learn quickly
  • Good IT skills - Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills 
  • Willing to take responsibility and use initiative 
  • Able to share experience with others 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Able to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload 
  • Able to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of people 

 

SALARY & BENEFITS
