Swedish speaking Export Customer Service Executive

Reporting to the Team Leader, your role as a Swedish speaking Export Customer Service Executive will be to ensure the needs of Swedish speaking business customers are met by receiving and handling incoming queries promptly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take incoming enquiries from customers via phone or email
- Ensure that orders are processed immediately
- Liaise with customers to advise them of any delays
- Provide Sales Support to the Sales Team
- Inform the Team Leader of any issues affecting Customer Service
- Produce export documentation as necessary
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluent Swedish and English is essential
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential
- Experience in working with export documentation would be an advantage
- Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel / Word / Power Point)
- Friendly, professional and natural telephone manner
- Strong communication skills - verbal, listening and written
- Work well within a team and independently
£24,000 - £27,000 pa plus great benefits including 25 days holiday and great discounts on products
