Spanish speaking Customer Services Executive.

Your role as a Spanish speaking Customer Services Executive will be to ensure the needs of Spanish speaking customers are met by the organisation, meeting customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure orders are processed accurately within the agreed service levels.
- Deal directly with clients either by Phone & Email (B2B, Export)
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries (Price, Delivery, Stock availability etc)
- Liaise with internal departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Warehouse, Credit Control etc)
- Communicate with external department (Couriers etc) & providing them with export/international Documents.
- After Sale Service/care (Quality, delivery, administrative issues etc).
- Take on more responsibilities - assisting and covering on other Customer Services Desks
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluent Spanish and English is essential
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role would be an advantage
- Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel / Word / Power Point)
- Friendly, professional and natural telephone manner
- Strong communication skills - verbal, listening and written
- Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls with tact, discretion & patience
- Work well within a team and independently
Up to £23,500 pa plus great benefits
Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 with one hour for lunch
