Sales Manager, Germany. Superb opportunity to join a global SaaS / software and technology company with a responsibility to drive and grow existing business accounts across Germany.


LOCATION

UK or Germany based (work from home + regular travel in Germany)


LANGUAGES

Fluency German is essential as well as fluent English


SALARY

Basic salary of £36,000 - £48,000 + commission (OTE c£70,000 - £90,000) OR 39,000 - 52000 EURO, OTE 76,000 - 96,000 EURO

Our client is an international software and technology company, working with major clients from the manufacturing and engineering sector

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to manage and grown their existing client base in Germany, they wish to recruit a Sales Manager. With regular travel across Germany, your role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the features & value propositions of solutions
  • Proactively qualify leads and run new business sales cycles from end to end
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects
  • Confidentially identify customer pain points and deliver the optimal solutions
  • Acquire new business & renew existing licenses within assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM
  • Conduct high volume communication via phone, email & online demo
  • Ensure world-class customer success is delivered to every account regardless of company size
  • Develop and execute account strategies to ensure the customer perception of value leads to license renewal and expansion.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales (preferably Software or SAAS)
  • Hunting for new opportunities
  • Experience with solution/consultative selling
  • Develop and manage multiple relationships
  • Bring ideas and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills to interact with senior level contacts
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ideally educated to university level

SALARY
