Italian speaking Customer Services Executive. Excellent opportunity to join a leading and well established international brand of IT, Technology and Video Gaming hardware and components.

£20,000 - £21,000 + up to 15%-20% discretionary bonus (up to c£4,000) + excellent benefits


Sunbury on Thames (Middlesex - 45 minutes direct from Waterloo)


Fluent Italian, English AND 1 other European language (trilingual ) is essential

Our global client is a world leading brand and a producer of cutting edge IT technology and video gaming components.

To manage all online and offline customer contact and interaction from their clients, they wish to recruit an Italian (and 1 other language) speaking Customer Services specialist. Your job responsibilities will include the following duties and tasks:

  • Receive & record incoming calls from all EMEA customers
  • Give 1st level customer technical support
  • Receive incoming calls from all EMEA customers
  • Identify opportunities from inbound calls by questioning the customer
  • Handle Live Chats
  • Work with the Account Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day running of existing accounts


  • Fluent Italian, English AND 1 more European language (for example German, French, Spanish, Dutch but all European languages are considered) is essential - be trilingual
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support or administration
  • Excellent skills in administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer-literate with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Positive work attitude

£21,000 - £22,000 + up to 10%/20% bonus (c£4,000) + excellent benefits
