Our client is successful eCommerce fashion company with a large range of fashion and lifestyle brands that are recognised and sold across the world!
To work as part of their international customer support team, they wish to recruit a German speaking Customer Services Advisor. Supporting customers by email, live chat or through social media, your role will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
- Ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
- Make sure best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
- To achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
- To handle customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email and Live Chat
- Work with your colleagues across Customer Care to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (face to face or in a contact centre)
- Good PC and typing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible to work shifts
The company office is open 24/7, 365 days a year, Monday-Sunday, from 06:00am - 12:00am. It is necessary to work a shift rota of 5 days per week (1 weekend in 3 you must work at the office). Work hours are flexible, either 6am- , or 09:00am-17:30h or 13:00h-21:30h
£18,000 - £19,000 + Flexible benefits - £500 + Night shift allowance of £4,800!
