German speaking Customer Service Advisor - IN DER NACHTSCHICHT! (20:00h-07:00am)

Our client is successful eCommerce fashion company with a large range of consumer good and brands that are recognised and sold across the world


To work as part of their international customer support team, they wish to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor. Supporting customers by email, live chat or through social media, your role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure German speaking customers’ queries are answered
  • Ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
  • Make sure best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
  • To achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • To handle customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email and Live Chat


  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Proven previous experience in a Customer Services job
  • Good PC and typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible to work shifts

The company office is open 24/7, 365 days a year, Monday-Sunday. This job is to work on their NIGHT SHIFTS ( IN DER NACHTSCHICHT). The job is 4 x NIGHTS ON then 4 NIGHTS OFF, working from 8pm-7am
