French speaking Team Sales Coordinator. Brilliant opportunity to join a world leading sports brand and support their international sales team with sales administration duties.


LOCATION 

South West London area (35 minutes from Waterloo)


LANGUAGES 
Fluency in French and English is essential. Fluency in German is also an advantage but not essential

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
As a French speaking Sales Team Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the international sales team with a full range of sales administration duties. Typical job duties will include: 

  • Full administration support to the full sales team (collation ion of weekly reports, filing, copying, minute taking and any ad hoc projects)
  • Maintaining customer files including contracts and correspondence
  • Production of reports and analysis of information as required
  • Department point of contact for Continental Sales Team, liaise between sales team and office staff
  • Travel booking (flights, transfers, hotel, etc.) for trade shows, customer visits, office visits, training and product launch events
  • Submit expenses on Concur, collect receipts from Sales Team & forward to Finance
  • Manage company car leasing and contracts
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as required.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Fluency in French and English is essential. Fluency also in German is a preference but not essential
  • Previous secretarial/administration experience
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive, friendly, flexible and responsible attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills

SALARY 
£27,500 + excellent benefits:
